This Newport home was transformed with a contemporary single-storey rear extension and a complete reconfiguration of the ground floor, creating a brighter, more spacious layout designed around modern family living.

The former kitchen was repurposed to create a new downstairs shower room and dedicated utility, while the existing living and dining areas were opened up to accommodate a striking black and white kitchen with double ovens, a large central island and breakfast bar.

The kitchen now flows directly into the new rear extension, providing a generous open-plan living and dining space. Large bifold doors connect the interior with a raised patio, which wraps around the property with steps leading down to the garden,creating a much stronger connection between the home and its outdoor spaces.
