With over 25 years of experience in the building trade, Tom brings an incredible depth of knowledge and craftsmanship to every project. What makes Tom stand out is his meticulous attention to detail. Whether it’s bricklaying, block paving, or stonework, he takes real pride in his craft. His calm and steady approach puts clients at ease, and his ability to combine technical skill with clear communication ensures that everyone feels confident their project is in safe hands.
Nebille Al-Wahid
Director
Nebille brings over 20 years of diverse experience to Sublime Design & Build. He draws on his unique blend of architectural knowledge, visualisation expertise, and on-site construction experience to deliver projects that are both beautifully designed and practically executed. A qualified trainer in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, he is passionate about harnessing technology to streamline workflows and bring innovative solutions to every build.
Hannah Al-Wahid
Project Manager
With over 20 years in education, Hannah’s career began as an English teacher before progressing to Deputy Head, where she oversaw Teaching & Learning and Additional Learning Needs. Making the bold decision to step into a new field, she transferred her leadership and project management expertise into the world of design and construction. For Hannah, a successful build goes beyond bricks and mortar—it’s about trust, communication, and delivering something truly special.
